Join Orthopaedic Surgeon Vassilis Chantziaras, for a case discussion evening where you can explore a variety of approaches to common (and not so common) orthopaedic cases, add new techniques to your diagnostic toolbox and build on existing knowledge.

A variety of cases will be discussed in a small group setting to provide in-depth understanding, as well as time for clinical queries to be covered.

Fast Paws and Quick Decisions: Veterinary Emergency Triage Unleashed

Join Sophie Powell – Emergency OOH Clinical Team Leader and Hannah McCormick – Emergency Daytime Nurse, who will discuss the important role nurses can play in emergency situations and share tips and advice to increase confidence and competency in emergency situations.

Discover how we run our nurse-led clinical floor, maximising efficiencies throughout the hospital to provide the best level of patient care.

In addition, Sophie and Hannah will also discuss our most commonly seen emergencies and how we approach the initial assessment and treatment plan.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet some of our amazing nursing team who form part of the brilliant team at Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital.
