'Topping Out' Ceremony at Birmingham

We were very excited to attend the 'Topping Out' ceremony at Blaise Birmingham in September. Now that the steel frame is completed, the contractors are installing the cladding and flooring to the building, before we can start making it into a veterinary hospital. The ceremony included representatives from IVC Evidensia, St. Modwen and Bowmer & Kirkland.

The site where the new Blaise hospital is being built used to house motor works, and there are reminders within the Longbridge area of this motor history. We believe the Austin Mini and Austin 7 were built on this site, and we hope to incorporate this wonderful heritage into the internal design of the waiting area. Our hospital will form the gateway to the site. As you can see, it is shaping up very nicely now!
