Terms and Conditions: 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

The competition

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Blaise Advent 12 days of Christmas Giveaway Competition (“the Giveaway Competition”).

2. The promoter of the Giveaway Competition is Independent Vetcare Limited (“IVL”) (Registration number 07746795) whose registered office address is The Chocolate Factory, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 2AU (“the Promoter”).

The prize

3. The prize is comprised of one free consultation per winner (“the Prize”).

4. There are 12 Prizes available, one Prize awarded each weekday (Monday-Friday) for 12 days from 8 December 2025 (the “Start Date”).

5. The free consult Where the winner of the Giveaway Competition is an existing member of Pet Health Club, the complementary subscription period (pursuant to the Prize) shall commence on the anniversary date of the existing subscription.

Eligibility

6. To be eligible to be entered into the Giveaway Competition, the entrant must:

  1. Be a client of Blaise;
  2. Be resident in the UK; 
  3. be aged 18 or over;
  4. Be the legal owner of a pet at the time of entering into the Giveaway Competition; and
  5. Have a pet booked in for a procedure at Blaise Referral Hospital (“Blaise”) on the day of the draw.

7. Employees of IVL directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway Competition are expressly prohibited from participating in the Giveaway Competition.

How to enter

8. All clients whose pet is booked in for a consultation at Blaise on the day of a given draw, will automatically be entered into the Giveaway Competition. If you prefer not to be entered into the draw, please contact a member of Blaise staff before the day of your consultation.

9. A winner will be chosen by random draw each weekday from Monday 8th December to 23rd December 2025, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

10. The winner will be notified by Blaise via telephone using the details provided when they booked their appointment.   

11. The Prize amount will be deducted from the winner’s final bill for the consultation.

Terms and Conditions:

12. Only one entry into the Giveaway Competition allowed per person.

13. The Prize can only be redeemed against a single consultation for a single pet at Blaise.

14. The Giveaway Competition will run from 8 am on 8th December 2025 to 23.59 on 23rd December 2025 (“the Promotional Period”).  

15. If:

  1. the Promoter does not have enough information to contact the winner;
  2. the entry is invalid / in breach of these terms and conditions; or
  3. the winner:
  4. does not respond to its Prize-winning communication within 7 days;
  5. does not accept the Prize; or
  6. rejects their Prize;

then the Prize may be forfeited in respect of that individual. The Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above following another random draw.

16. If the winner posts their result online and tags Blaise or an IVCE clinic, the Promoter may repost that post.

17. The value of the Prize has been assessed at being £350 per consult (12 available), as of 8th December 2025.

18. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

19. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway Competition is final and binding.

20. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure or failures any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the Giveaway Competition.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

22. The Promoter makes no warranties or representations relating to the fitness of the Prize for the prize winner’s needs. The Promoter shall therefore not be responsible or liable in connection with the same.

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction or failure or for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or third party as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except where caused by IVC’s negligence or breach of statutory duty. Nothing in these terms shall limit IVC’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway Competition, or to invalidate any affected entries at any time at its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of the Giveaway Competition from time to time.

25. If any one or more of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.

26. These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in English courts.
