Claudia Mayor

Originally from Spain, Claudia obtained her degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2020. After a few months of general practice, she completed a rotating internship at the same institution, where she later continued her specialisation process through a 3-year Neurology and Neurosurgery residency program that finished in November 2024. At the same time, Claudia was working as an Associate Neurology Professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona for the University students. Her main interests lie in advanced neuroimaging and broadening her current neurosurgical skills.

Beyond medicine, what truly brings balance and joy to Claudia's life is to spend quality time with her family, friends, and her Labrador Marley. The sea, especially on Costa Brava, and dancing salsa, bachata, or dancehall are other passionate outlets of hers.
