Jennifer Raj BSc (Hons) BVetMed DipECVIM-CA MRCVS Head of Service – Internal Medicine

Jen graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2008.

Jen completed her internal medicine residency in a small animal referral hospital in the UK, and then moved to another hospital after gaining her European Diploma in Veterinary Internal Medicine.

Her clinical interests are haematology and gastroenterology. She has also presented at both BSAVA Congress and SamSoc (Small Animal Medicine Society).

Jen says, “I have a love of patients and have a scientific mind – this is why I chose to be a veterinary specialist.”

She does not have any pets at present, but did have Alfie, a retired racing greyhound, who was a regular blood donor. In her spare time, Jen enjoys exploring, cycling and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
